Daily Rates: $81 – $88
Passing through the area on your way to your next destination? We offer daily rates as low as $81 so you can stop in and recharge before the next leg of your adventure.
Weekly Rates: $460 – $500
Planning on taking in the sights and sounds of the area? Weekly rates start as low as $460 so you can enjoy all that the Sierra Foothills have to offer.
Monthly Rates: $1,150- $1,300
For those planning a more extended stay in the area, we have a number of sites set aside to rent on a month-to-month basis.
Occupancy
Lot rates listed here are for a maximum of 4 people. Additional guests can be added for $5.00 per day for a maximum 6 people total per lot at any time.
Dumping Facility
On-site sewer dumping facility is available for Auburn RV guests only. Public dumping is not available at any time.
Extended stay information
- We may operate on a waitlist for extended stay and may not have any sites open at a given time, or during the time period that you are looking to stay with us. Because we rely on our Rver’s to let us know when they’re leaving, we may not have any idea when we’ll be able to have an available site. If we place you on the waitlist, this does not guarantee you a site in our park, and we do advise that you continue to look for a site elsewhere.
- To make a reservation on an extended stay site, Rvers will be required to complete an application. A credit report and background check may also be required prior to your application being accepted.
- Once the application process is complete, a non-refundable first-month rent payment and a $250 service deposit will be required to hold your extended stay reservation. However, if you cancel your reservation, your first month rent payment will be forfeited.
- All extended-stay RVer’s will be required to pay a $250 service deposit. This goes towards your last electric bill. Any unused portion is refunded. Your electric bill will be calculated based on your usage and will vary from month to month.
- All extended-stay sites are reserved on a month-to-month basis. We do not offer permanent, or yearly sites.
- Extended-stay RVer’s will be asked to read and sign our Monthly Rental Agreement and abide by all the rules therein, as well as the Auburn RV Resort Rules & Regulations.
