How Extended Stays Work
An extended stay RV park experience in Auburn CA follows a clear process so guests know what to expect before a month-to-month reservation is held.

Step 02
Complete Your Application
Guests seeking an extended stay will be required to complete an application.
Step 03
Screening
A credit report and background check may be required before an application is approved.
Step 04
Secure Your Reservation
Once the application is approved, guests must provide the first month's rent and a $250 service deposit.
The first month's rent payment is non-refundable. If a confirmed extended-stay reservation is cancelled, that first month's payment is forfeited.
Step 05
Begin Your Month-to-Month Stay
Extended-stay guests will sign the Monthly Rental Agreement and follow Auburn RV Resort Rules & Regulations.
Sites remain month-to-month only. No permanent or yearly sites are offered.

About Our Extended-Stay Waitlist
Because extended-stay guests leave at different times, future availability can sometimes be difficult to predict. Auburn RV Resort may place prospective monthly guests on a waitlist when no site is currently available.
Being added to the waitlist does not guarantee a future site.
We recommend keeping alternative accommodations in mind until Auburn RV Resort confirms an available site and your reservation process is complete.
For Extended Stays
Electricity & Service Deposit
$250 Service Deposit
All extended-stay guests are required to provide a $250 service deposit.
The deposit is applied toward the guest's final electrical bill.
Any unused remaining portion is refunded.
Metered Electricity
Electricity for extended stays is calculated according to actual usage.
Monthly electrical charges can vary.
Electricity is not included in the $1,210 starting monthly rate and is billed separately based on use.
